I recently stayed in a Corporate Furnished apartment in late 2008. I found the apartment to be well equiped and the furniture of an above average quality. The rooms were large and the carpeting in good shape. The free Wi-Fi and the in apartment washer and dryer were a nice touch.
I found the complex to be very quiet and the walls fairly sound proof. The free continental breakfast was a welcome change of pace as I have been batching it as my family has not relocated as of yet.
My experience was a good one.
