I have lived in a 1br for 2 years here and would recommend Stevens Creek Commons to anyone. The complex is always kept clean visually and they do a good job of pest control as I have never had any bug problems. Also the layout is very efficient for furniture placement. I had to move because my mentor moved and will miss Stevens Creek very much. The staff is very friendly and very very supportive in case there is any problems (maintenance responds very quickly and answers your calls 24-7). Also, the apartment is very very safe and you will see people taking strolls outside or jogging at night daily. The tennis courts also have been recently remodeled and are excellently well kept and well lit for night time play. Before moving here, I lived at Century Hills, which is also a very nice place, but Century Hills rent increased drastically so I moved here. Had I known about Stevens Creek from the beginning, I would have spent all four years in Augusta at Stevens Creek as it is comparable in quality to Century Hills and alot more affordable! Highly recommended!
