Should have looked at other apartments before moving in.
Pros: cheap, spacious floor plans, close to hospitals and golf course, right next to grocery store, free heat in winter time (they paid for natural gas)
Cons: could smell cigarette smoke all the time only I don't think it was cigarette smoke more like pipe tobacco and I don't think it was that either, people grilled right on their 2 sq ft patio so you got the brunt of the charcoal smoke, AC didn't work when I moved in and it took them two week to fix that, upstairs AC froze over then thawed and flooded my unit, took two more week to clean that mess up, Was promised the same floor plan as their demo unit including a dishwasher, when we got there the floor plan was different and no dishwasher and wasn't able to install one either, AC was loud when it worked, broken car wash center, you get hot water from a central water heater which is gas fired so the pilot light went out one day, emergency maint number didn't work or noone responded to it, just happened to flag down an off duty maint guy to come and relight it, smells like an old dorm room with left over hairspray, thugs, muggers,
