Boy do i wish i would have found this website before moving into this horrible place! First off: My husband and i moved in here about 2 months ago and the first day here our a/c began to leak into our hallway. Because it was labor day weekend we had to wait 4 days to have someone come out and suck up the water that was at least two inches deep and 3/4 of the way down our hallway *my husband ended up fixing the a/c bc we had to use it due to the weather* since we had just found out that i am pregnant we were concerned about mold growing due to the standing water. When i called and asked the office staff if they knew if anyone could come out and put anti-mold stuff down, i was told that they wouldnt do that but that i could go buy some myself and put it down if i was that concerned about it. 2nd: if you like cockroaches this is the place for you. Within the first month of living here we killed over 30 cockraoches! We were told that Orkin comes out every other week, we've yet to see anyone from any pest control company. 3rd: The so called "gated community" is a BROKEN front gate that blocks nothing. They give you key cards to get in, but its a good thing the fence is broken bc no one will enter your card info into their system. *our cards still dont work* We hear gun shots within the complex at least twice a month. The last time we heard one was at 10:45pm as i was taking the dog out to potty and it was within 200 yards of me. My husband and i have moved 3 times within the last 6 months due to the military and if given the chance to move out of here tomorrow I WOULD DO IT IN A HEART BEAT! The parking isnt bad in our area of the complex but there are broken down cars all over the complex. They do allow up to 2 dogs and they say they have breed ristrictions but our dogs are the only NON- pitt bulls *which are supposed to be ristricted* in the whole complex and no one feels the need to keep their dogs on a leash and generally dont clean up after them.
