Hey All, I have lived on The Greens for about 2 years, they will buy new flags when they get ripped down, put our more ballons to attract new residents. But they don't take care of the residents they already have. We have on resident who is elderly man and has lived in the complex for years and he really needs a down stair apt. The mgmt will not move him unless he pays a transfer fee. The Greens does nothing to keep the residents they already have there is no loyalty to them. Than just last week they threw out a handicapped eledlry lady even though we are not at full occupany. Than they let people keep rotweilers, pit bulls dogs that may bite someone. Than to top if off int he time I have lived there they have not paid the garbage bill and than just recently their electric was turned off. They expect the tenants to pay on time but why!!! As they can't fix things as they have no parts to fix them as they owe everyone in town for parts. Than to top it off the Mayo group condones their employees to sleep with everyone in the complex even though its a policy that they are not allowed to do it. The Greens needs to clean upt heir act, quit telling tenants what you think they want to hear and start fixing the complex. We have a security gate but they will not fix it as it costs to much to fix it but they advertise it! Also they say they let people park their for masters to improve the grounds maybe their paycheck but not the property!!!! Also their is a huge problem with roaches as they will not spay whole buildings to cheap. Why do new residents pay cheaper than the current resdients where is the Greens Loyalty they don't have any!!!!!! So don't move here run run as fast as you can!!

I agree the Mayo group needs to spend some money and materials as this could be a nice property but the Mayo Group answer is to keep firing the apt mgr and that solves all the issues. WRong we have had some good managers but I don't think the Mayo group even wants this property to succeed if they cared why is it notfeatured on

OMGah! I'm so sorry to hear this from everyone. Thank you SO much for your reviews. I'm a newly wed and my husband is in the Army. We were looking for someplace close and thought this was great since this apartment complex was offering free rent for the first month *saw it on craigslist, check it out I'm NOT kidding you it's in apartments/house/rentals, whatever* But, due to this I don't want to live here. My husband has 2 little girls that I love to pieces that I'd NEVER want to expose them to something like this. So, you all with the reviews thank you and to think I was excited because they said they refrubished the apartments and had NEW management. Guess, it's just a hoax to get more/new clients.

DO NOT COME HERE. My apartment flooded for 3.5 months whenever it rained heavily. The A/C unit went down on numerous occatios. The gate doesn't work. The security comes out at the gate occasionally and oh before I forget, someone "got in" my apartment and stole my freakin xbox 360. So now I am looking for somewhere new to go. And the theft took place hours ago by the way. I wanna leave and I am sure they gonna tell me some crap about the lease which renewed weeks ago after being here a year. Plus when I came initially had issues with the mailbox keys and the list goes on. They suck, do yourself a favor and stay far far a way. FAR TOO MANY IDLERS LIVE HERE. They watch you come in and out of work and time you so they can break in, I heard of 1 other incedent. Bad place to live, bad situation to be in

The cops visit the green lately at least 5 to 6 times a day, they have had burgarly in progress during the day, there are drug transactions going on, the office staff sleeps around with the tenants, also they have people in the office who are veyr rude and pushy and don't like animals even thought hey claim to be a pet friendly community. They are not under new management the Mayo Group has owned them. If this property is so great why does Mayo not feature on its Website one has to wonder.!!!
