BEEN THERE SINCE JUNE 08 - JUNE 09

Apartment flooded whenever it rained substantially. Dealt with that for 3 months before they finally listened to my requests and "granted" me another apartment. I had to pay cable and light transfer bills.

The pool is taking forever, still not up as I type, been that way since they opened it its now July 10.

The new apartment is roach infested took me a while to figure out they were in the flipping equipment. I would find frozen roaches in the freezer.

My A/C broke in Mid May and Never got fixed till first week of June.

I HAD MY APARTMENT BROKEN INTO. Too many idlers around this place they watch when you come and go. The girl in the office said "what am I supposed to do, stand guard at your door". They came in without breaking any glass or picking the door. I was told by someone who works there that I needed to get them to install some device that holds the sliding door from being being pulled off the tracks. THE BAR ON IT IS NO GOOD. THEY OBVIOUSLY NEW PEOPLE CAN GAIN ACCESS TO YOUR APARTMENT AND DID NOTHING TO SECURE RESIDENTS. THING IS NOW MY SLIDING DOOR CAN'T SLIDE OR OPEN OR NUTHIN, I AM TRAPPED IN MY OWN APARTMENT.

I wanted to break my lease and they wouldn't let me go without taking my deposit and paying a months rent.

They are slacking on general upkeep. The auto-gate at the front is broken.

The security is not consistent nor do they look professional.

They list high speed internet as an amenity, its not because its only at the "clubhouse"
