I've lived here for 5 months now and I think the office staff has gotten better since the staff changed. There are some people here that are just nasty and I had some roach problems. I moved from TN and I wasn't familiar with GA, the front office helped me but I think it's my own responsibility to take care of my own problems. Other than normal work orders like my a/c not cooling and my front door lock was hard to turn: I took care of the people hangin out around my building. As far as the roaches and ants, they come by whenever I call ahead. I guess it's different from building to building but I haven't had crazy things happen to my apt. I guess some people are rough and don't take care of their homes.

When i moved out of this place after only living there for 6 month i had to throw away 75% of my stuff, all i had left was my dishes and clothes. When were were taking out metal frame for our bed apart, roaches were POURING out of it and skatterd up the walls, and im not talking 1 or 2 roaches im talking 50-60! I was in SHOCK! I had them come in and spray weekly i even bobmed my apartment EVERY two weeks on my own dime, nothing helped! I kept my apartment clean they were coming from the other apartments mine was attached to. I am so glad i am out of this place, i had this huge phobia of any bugs since i left that place, at least i know im not sleeping with the roaches anymore!
