I moved in with the old manager and at first it seemed they had it together but after several time reporting a work order, they kept telling me I had to wait until my turn. So I complained and I guess I wasn't the only one because they got rid of him. I hope they find someone who can handle the paying residents more respectfully and professionally. The girls in the office are always nice and I enjoy living here. I am new to Georgia, my husband is military and I think the price is affordable. There could be more improvement so whenever the new manager comes in, hopefully they will get it right.
