I've lived here for just about a month now. We are military, and needed a place until we get our on post housing. We also have small children and I do feel very safe with them here. The duck pond is also great for the kids. The office staff is very friendly and always says, Hi. The maintenance people are friendly as well. They have always come promptly to fix anything that I've called about. I consider myself very picky and they have been very accomodating. The only thing is that we really wanted to be able to use the fitness center which was supposed to be opening the monday after we moved in and it's not open yet. They did say they would work on it. There are also police men here that live and are usually at the front when the school bus arrives and departs. (I really like that). The deciding factor for us was that this is in Sue Reynolds Elementary School zone and it is supposed to be one of the better schools in Richmond county. Hope this helps.
