Colonial Village is a decent place to live. Definetly not the best, but good for money. The apartments are old. We just moved in back in September and have enjoyed the overall community and our neightbors. the maintneance is fast and friendly. office girls are nice, never seen the manager though. would recommend teh place for the price it's decent. good specials.
my wife likes the duck pond and the dvd rentals in the office. traffic is bad..that's the worst part probably. dog poop in the grass a lot. but, it's pretty quiet and we plan on staying!
