Yes, there's a new sheriff in town and she don't take no mess! She's on it dog-gone-it...if you don't pay your rent you can best believe she will "COME KNOCKING" Pay up or G-e-t the H-E-L-L O-u-t!!!!

And all she cares about is getting the rent - she doesn't care about the residents. Lots of people have moved out in the past 3 months - almost my entire 8 apartment building is empty - only maybe 3 apartments full.
