If anyone is thinking about moving there, please don't let them put u on the 1st Floor! they will put rude ppl above you with Large Dogs that run across the place like a galloping horse....Also, I think they move the cops near the black folks just to watch and see what they are Doing! My experience their was a living nightmare, the maintenance can't find out why a dishwasher keeps overflowing When I never have used it! I have had this problem 4 times and it's not fixed yet....Don't ever be late with your rent because Sarah(the SCARY assistant manager) will embarass you by placing notes on your door for every neighbor of your's to see....If you have a problem w/ your neighbors you can complain all you want because they will not do anything about it! You have rude neighbors that want to hang outside in front of your apartment 3 and 4am in the morning, laughing and talking like noone has to get up early and go to work! Just because they don't have to work they feel they can make all the noise they want.... JUST PLAIN GHETTO!!!!!!

I liked Sarah when she was here, she was always nice to me. Of course, I pay on time always.
