they rip off military!!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
Oh my God. This place is a living nightmare. I am military and have had problems with both apartments I have lived in, here at "sunny, scenic, convenient" Traditions of Augusta (bs)
I won't go into full details but will give you a quick insight. This place is an entimologists dream. I never realized how many different species of cockroaches there were in Augusta until I moved here. I feel like I'm living in Joe's Apartment.
My apartment has mold, reported the problem back in june 2007, this is now November 2007. The wood paneling in my kitchen, livingroom, and bathroom are completely warped. The smell of mold and mildew will knock you off your ass, if you arent used to it like me and my 2 toddlers.
There has been a HUGE leak in my walls. I didnt get the chance to ask the neighbors who lived next to me because within a week of finding out the damages, they moved out without a trace.
The leak in my walls is constant, enough to leave a 8 inch high water mark that seeped through leaving a flood line behind.
This happened 1 time prior and it was hell to get them to come out and solve the issue, I had to bring down my chain of command and threatened legal action. All they did was lift the nasty carpet and stick a fan on it for a few hours then paint over the wet wall (now where all the paint has peeled off do to the underlying constant moisture)
My attempts to get them to replace the carpeting (prior tenant had a grease fire) was like pulling teeth. the agreement for me to bring my 2 young children here and (upgrade for $300) was that the carpet would be replaced. they dragged their feet, lied straight to my face, and finally I got it replaced (after a stiff argument that was won by myself, regarding them attempting to be "thrifty" aka cheapskates by patching the burned areas vs just replacing it). The fire burns covered my entire front entryway, trailing from the kitchen and dining.
::SIGH::
The leak in my wall is back. the wet puddles in the dining room, bathroom and kitchen are a great way to ensure the roaches will never be parched.
All the plumbing sux, I have to constantly fix my own toilet.
My bathroom tubs dont hold the water, the master bathroom has been broken, shoddily fixed and continues to serenade me to sleep in a chinese water torture kind of way.
Hey Traditions, maybe you should consider hiring me for the complexes maintenance person, seeing as how I have become an expert in fixing all of your broken toilets, dishwashers, and extermination issues.
By the way, before I leave this ghetto place I plan on adding you to Fort Gordon's black list of ------ places that take advantage of military soldiers. You may have new management by you still managed to hang on to that rude witch Sarah.
You charge too much, took out the back dumpster so everyone has to load the trash into our cars and drive to the one at the front gate..
There is a false sense of security here with the **key card**
belonging supposedly to the front gate that has never been working since I moved in Feb 07. How many break ins have happened here' Too many.
Here is some advice for you Traditions jerk offs,
Quit wasting money on expensive flyers and upgrading your offices and try using some funds to actually do maintenance and repair these apartments so they will be actually worth the steep prices that we fork out to you greedy suckers every month.
by the way Sarah (assistant manager), congrats you are one of the biggest wenches I have ever witnessed. You are rude, you are dishonest, and obviously a perfect fit for Traditions of Augusta.
TY for your time, SPC Hagen APARTMENT 236
