Where do I start' The apartment looked fine when we first moved in. Then after about a week we started noticing little things like holes in the walls that were not fixed but covered up with paint. The drawers in the kitchen are falling apart. When you need AC it doesnt work. When you need the heat, it doesnt work. And then when you try to call maintenance, it takes them all day to get here, let alone fix the problem. If you call business hours don't expect a response until the next afternoon.
Huge ------- roaches and ant infestations. Wet walls from leaks from the above apartment. Aahh, what else' The screen door doesn't lock. It's a struggle just to open it. The front door does't lock with just the turn of a key. You have to mess with it for a while. Hot water lasts maybe 8 minutes at most. Mind you, these are reoccurring issues. All these things have been reported. They come and try to fix something once in a blue moon, but two weeks later your still bothered by the same inconveniences as before fustrated and regretting ever moving into this god-forsaken place. Traffic is terribly unimaginable with all the construction. Dont buy the whole front gate top notch security --------. I've never seen the gate closed. The security keys they give you are just to give you that warm and fuzzy. They do have a nice office/lobby but then again thats pretty much all a prospective tenant sees before they really move in. Overall this place sucks. I'd leave but the termination fee is ridiculous. Do yourself a favor find somewhere else to move. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
