Traditions of Augusta is a terrible place to live.
1. The construction on the I20/520, is very loud and stirs up much dust.
2. After a year they raised my rent a hundered dollars.
3. Pet Fee's $300 for first pet. $200 for second pet.
4. One of the Apartment building burned down during the winter.
5. The traffic conjestion can get bad. I've seen a half dozen accidents right out the front gate.
6. No place to wash your car at.
7. The main trash can is always over flowing.

* I pay $589.00, well I did. I put my 60 day notice in. So now I am stuck there for a month, and will have to pay market price. Of $643.00, plus a lousy $100.00 dollar admin fee.
The office threatened to slap me with a fine, cause I had a sheet hanging in the window. Of Pete's sake I work nights.

We lived in that building that caught on fire (the pictures on here are from our apartment, pre-fire). That was, as the saying goes, a blessing in disguise. Fortunately our apartment only had smoke damage and we were prepared with a house to move into. Our pet fees weren't that high, but I knew they were raising them up. Did you put your 60 days in at the end of your lease, or because you wanted an early out? If you put it in 60 days out from lease end, I don't think it's legal for them to increase your rent since you're still under contract.

I lived there about a yr ago, i would never ever recommend that place to anyone!
