Traditions is quite possibly the worst place to live in Augusta. I had so many terrible experiences there. From LOTS of roaches (not the occasional crawler, think at least 5-10 a day!), mold in the bathroom area, etc... but what takes the cake is my broken AC unit.

During the hot summer, my air condition broke. I called maintenance to fix the problem. They came over, said they fixed it... but it still was miserably hot in the apartment. This went on for 3-4 times before I contacted -----, the site manager. She came over to the apartment and experienced the 83 degrees (yes, 83 degrees) and told me that the temp. was NORMAL in the summer for the apartment and tried to convince me that the air condition did not cool beyond that. As crazy as this sounds... things like this happened ALL the time. It is poorly run, and you will regret moving in the day you sign your lease.

well maybe that wasn't the managements fault maybe you should talk to the "unsupervised teenager's" parents.. it's their responsibility not managements and as far as domestic desputes go.. call the police if there's a problem..

I agree with babagirl1389. Get a grip folks. And what building are burning down? Seriously? Maybe it was the frozen pizza still in the box you tried to cook.

Again, maybe YOU are management. I think the fact that you guys have gotten a 20% rating on apartmentratings.com shows me that there are a LOT more unhappy customers than just me.
