Unfortunately there are not that many nice apartment complexes in the area. Walden hills is one of the nicest, but overpriced and compared to other cities and places I have lived has been somewhat disappointing to me. The construction is very cheap. I can hear everything my neighbors are doing, even when they are in the bathroom. The staff is ok. I have had maintenance requests that were ignored. There is deep puddles everywhre when it rains. And to top it off for a town the size of Augusta is completely overprices. I would recommend it only becaurse there is not much to choose from.There is a complex going up across the street, but it is by the same owners which does not help things.
