As stated in many of the other reviews, it is about the nicest apartment complex in Augusta. It is very expensive with poor sound proofing. They are constantly replacing the asphalt because they don't get people to do it correctly. In the three years that I've lived here, asphalt has been replaced about 3-5 times which makes the tenant park elsewhere and possibly have to worry about their vehicle. Dog waste and animals without leashes has also been a big problem. The gates are constantly getting broken especially after weekends. I suppose people are drunk and drive into them. The office staff tolerates a few complaints quite well then they become somewhat defensive and complacent about your concerns. I know when my neighbor above me comes in and even uses the bathroom. You can even hear intimate moments shared by others in adjacent apartments, which is not pleasant. However, to be fair it was not a terrible experience living here. I have loved my actuall apartment and it was very clean when I moved in. The staff are professional but do not always handle things assertively enough. I have felt safe living here, which is important if you work evenings. My advice if you are considering this complex is to look beyond the nice exterior and really examine what building you will be living in because that seems to matter. I recommend the building that the manager lives in, she doesn't seem to let just anyone in to her building (or perhaps there aren't any vacancies). If your desperate, don't want to buy a house, want to feel safe, don't mind noise and dog poop, and a growing population of children this is the place for you!
