I have lived in this complex for three years and had luckily had relatively little problems until management changed last year.

For starters, I never received my contract renewal which resulted in my rent being 160 dollars less than it should have, which is a bonus for me, but displays their relative lack of organization.

Now that I am relocating I have called, as well as visited, management on several occasions to determine final rent payment, with either complete confusion in regards to locating my file or no return calls.

When I finally did receive the information, the individual I spoke with was very rude.

Furthermore, the apartment itself is cheaply constructed and plumbing is poor.

Parking is decent, but they are continually repaving.

As far as security is concerned, there have been two attempted robberies, since I have lived here; however, both were addressed swiftly by management.
