First to start with the construction of the apartment is very cheap and non sound-proof. Also security there is a joke; the security gate is more of a nuisance than of any actual benefit (there was a shooting during my stay with them). There are drainage problems which result in algae infested puddles constantly surrounding the buildings in some areas of the complex. The parking lots was also cheaply done without an adequate foundation, so whenever you get a good hard rain the asphalt will end up cracking and leaving potholes (Which will take several weeks to be fixed).

Also this apartment complex is absolutely draconian about enforing the lease termination policy and will not let anyone out of a lease no matter what the circumstances...i.e. job transfer, military transfer, family emergency, etc. You are responsible for paying for 2 months(hence, 60 day notice) and giving them one more month's rent for a termination fee.
