I am a current resident of the community and absolutely hate it. The staff as a whole is lacking. The manager that came a few months ago is severely lacking in people skills. (The old manager was excellent!) The maintenance staff makes you wait even when you have an emergency. Work orders that are called in early in the morning are not usually done that day. You often have to repeatedly call in order to get problems taken care of. The word EMERGENCY does not mean anything to them. Leaks, flooding,and/or outages are not things that you put off to the next day. If the office contacts you about signing something and you let them know what time you will be there, they often do not have it ready. Generally the staff is lacking in work ethic, knowledge, and standards of good customer service. If you are thinking of living here, turn, run, and never look back!
