I have lived in several apt. communities in the Augusta area and this apartment has been by far the worse apartment community that I have ever lived in. There were roaches (commonly in the kitchen and in the bathroom). I reported these problems to management, and was ensured that pest control would visit the apartment to treat it;however, the roach problems continued.
