I moved in on short notice and they really were kind to have everything ready. Since being here now for a month and a half, I have had to put in 4 trouble calls. The lights in the bedroom ceiling fan have not worked since arriving and they tell me the "special" parts are being ordered (like a 30 minute trip to the home dept across the street wouldnt have such a part). My refrigerator needs to be replaced as it freezes everything and ironically the automatic ice maker doesn't work. yea, 3 trouble calls for that and over a month and it still broken. I mean, I can't drink milk or eat anyting without letting it thaw out for 30 minutes and then microwaving it. youd think thats "emergency-ish" but I feel like the staff doesnt give a crap and hates me now becasue I keep complaining! Anyways, they deserve a negative rating for the fact that for a month and a half, I have not had a working refreigerator and thus has severly inconvienced me.

The same thing is happening to us right now. Our refridgerator freezes everything. The ice maker doesnt work. And yes they also told us they were ordering "special parts" and that was 5 months ago...they dont give a ----. they only have 1 maintanance guy!!
