I rented this apartment, because of the convenience and speed of the application and approval process. However, the landscaping is the best feature this place has to offer.
IN ADDITION to rent, there are pest, trash, water, and sewage fees due every month. For the price that I'm paying, I could have rented a home. I definitely will not be renewing my lease.
