OK. Let me start out by saying, when we first saw the place, it was very nice looking. Nice landscaping, nice apartment. Now let me tell you all of the problems we have had SO FAR, after living here for 6 months. 1.Our fride freezes everything. 2. the fridge light is out. 3. One of the stove tops doesnt work. 4. the toilet clogs SO EASILY. 5. to get out of the lease is about 3000 even if you get on top of the housing list (in the army). 6. One of the main girls at the front desk doesnt know ANYTHING. 7. someone broke into our vehicle. 8. there is no security cop on duty. 9. im scared to go outside alone at night because there are theives and sexual harrassers that live around us in the same apartment. 10. they told us when we first got here that they would put a fan in our bedroom....then didnt. 11. the stove was NASTY when we first moved in. 12. they have a thing that holds dog bags in case you need them...but ive never seen dog bags in it...13. My friend rents the exact same apartment as i do, and pays LESS than i do. 14. They have ONE maintanance guy! Need I say more? Oh and at night, its nearly impossible to find a parking spot. The laundry room SUCKS SO BAD. the washers and dryers (what little they have) are TINY. we CAN NOT wait to move when our lease is up in August...I will be so happy to leave.
