We moved in a few months ago and we love it!! This is our second place renting since being in the military and we had a very bad experience the first time, this is a nice change!! They are military friendly. Office staff is wonderful!!! The townhomes are spacious and clean. The property has a pool which is wonderful. We have had a complaint and the staff was great about it. We aren't really complainers, and felt bad about it and the office staff was really nice about it and understood. They are pet friendly with a pet area for pets to go to the bathroom and they have a rule about picking up pet waste which is enforced, which I love!! At my last place we were charged for carpet damages because of stepping in pet waste and getting it on the carpet when we didn't know we stepped in it. They have emergency maitenence and maitenence is quick to respond. They have a courtosey officer for noise complaints and such who you can call through calling the office itself. This place is close to post, shopping, grocery stores and more. Parking can get a little cramped, but that comes with any apartment. The only complaint I have is the electric bill here tends to get a bit expensive since everything is electric. It's central air/heat, water heater, washer/dryer and stove in the townhome. We are moving to a new post in a few months and I'm going to be sad to be leaving.
