I have lived in Woodcrest for 8 months now. The maintaince staff was very good but was recently let go. The replacements are lacking to say the least. As far as the office staff, I feel like they are very curt and rude. The trees grow very low on tothe walkway in some areas. ( you need to bend down to stay on walkways and some on the nighttime motion sensors are broken, making in very dark in some areas. There is a train that runs right behind ( I mean you see it pass, very close.) the complex through the middle of the night. Parking is not an issue unless you get home at 6 with everyone else. They its good luck find a space. There is not assigned spaces and no vechile maximum. When I moved in I was told there was nighttime security. The security is only there on Saturday nights from 7pm to 2am and always is in a little office/box at the front of the complex, he doesn't ride around. I wouldd not reccommend Woodcrest to anyone who isn't in a pinch.
