I had a roommate get mugged here.
bad part of town.
management inflexible.
Prices OUTRAGEOUS for what they offer.
Swimming pool dirty.
Tennis court poorly managed.
Washers/dryers constantly broken.
A/C units non-energy efficient. AVE. summer electric bill $175
