Grounds well maintained.
Exercise facility adequate.
Staff friendly and helpful.
All brick construction energy efficient.
Patio/Balcony with all apartments.
Excellent closet space.
Kitchens are small, major appliances relatively new.
Quiet almost all the time, maybe loud music on a Friday night occasionally, but a noise curfew exists.
Wooded grounds make it appear more isolated than it is.
Central location, close to the mall.
Very convenient travel to Ft Gordon.
Easy access to Bobby Jones Expressway and I-20.
Be warned: a train runs right next to the complex and is loud, comes through a few times a day.
Movements in upstairs apartment can be easily heard in the lower apartment.
Water is included in the rent price.
Trash must be brought to a dumpster near the entrance.
