I lived in the Woodcrest apartments from 2003-2006 and i would not recommend it at all. The people who work in the apartment office were not very friendly, nor did they seem concerned about tenants' complaints. The management had the nerve to send out a letter threatening to charge people $10 per bag of trash they set outside their door, but this was when the dumpster was constantly overflowing making the complex look like a dump. There was a guy living in the unit under me who would blast his music all night every night from 9pm to 6am. I complained several times to the management over the course of 1.5 - 2 years and it was finally resolved right before we moved out. My wife's car was broken into and the stereo was stolen. All of this with a police officer living in the same building. Very loud since it is off Sibley road which is somewhat busy. Also right next to train tracks. Frequent LOOOOOONG freight trains. The property is reasonably well maintained, but all of the other problems overshadow this.
