This has been the best place I have ever lived. The Property Manager Lisa, is always friendly and trying to find new ways to get the residnets involved and get to your our neighbors. They have pool parties, dinner at the entrance, Pizza nights, Resident apprication week and have a comunity project they do for Palmetto Health Foundation. We find it nice that the staff is trying to help others. The maintnance is top notch. Any time we have called in a problem it is fixed with in 24-48 hours. We feel like a part of the Woodcrest family and look foward to living there for years to come. The landscapeing is beautiful and there are two stocked fish ponds with all kind of fish. We love to sit with our childern and fish on warm sunny days. We love to call Woodcrest home. Our childern love the swimming pool and my husband loves that the fitness center is open 24 hours a day.

It sounds like you are actually part of the staff at Woodcrest rather than a resident there. Based on my terrible experience when I lived there, as well as the many negative reviews from other people, this seems a little fishy... particularly when is comes about a week after a negative review specifically bashing the management.
