First impression was really good. They took care of whatever i asked and complained about(pet owners who tolerate their dogs poop everywhere in the grass/backyard and just leave it and my neighbor from upstairs who just throws his cigarette butts at the backyard that can cause some fire coz of the leaves).
About the maintenance, I can't complain about them. They will come on that same day when you ask for something to be fixed.
After that, i guess they just got tired of me complaining. Well, I am paying my monthly rent so whatever i see that is not good for me and my family, i have to report it.
Like cars being parked in the wrong place.
Contractors that will just block the drive way like they own it.
Water problem; twice we didnt have water for hours!
My neighbor from upstairs are freaking noisy like when they walk you can really hear them!
They don't clean your backyard.
The manager herself is such a big B#&ch!
Oh one more thing, i came late one night and i saw a coyote walking around the neighborhood but i didn't report it. just watch for those animal!
Overall, i guess they are OK. It's just that the manager herself and the neighbors(well it depends who your neighbor thou). I would recommend it since there are a lot of military families and 2 cops(i see 2 cars in the neighborhood all the time, i mean it looks like they reside here) in the area.
It's up for you to decide when you give it a visit.

I agree with everything you said but I would not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible manangement.
