Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Lived at Woodhill for a year. This place sucked. Maintenance did not come when asked. NEVER rent near the pond. Our apartment was infested with rouches that looked like they were on steroids. The apartments are NOT located in the best part of town.

Give Woodhill a miss. Spend your money else where.
One year was all I could take of this. Couldn't wait to move out.
