lived in a ground floor apartment near, was very dark and damp. like living in a cave. large spiders, roaches and mice are a constant problem. maintenance comes out promptly but does as little as possible to fix the problem, resulting in monthly phone calls to "fix" the same problem. very poorly insulated, can hear everything your neighbors say and do at all hours of the night. not a nice neighborhood once you leave the complex. very poor school district and very over priced.
