Lived in a single bedroom, 1st floor apartment of woodhill.
Positives:
* Spacious apartment
* Peaceful place to live in
* Adequate parking lots
* Good water
* Facility of making emergency calls to apartment office
* Pest control
* Answers and attends emergency calls immediately
* Lawn maintenance
* Good tennis courts
* Kids play area
* Two ducks in the pond(It wud be better if there are more)
* Laundry facility

Negatives:
* Pond smells very bad in summer. V were scared to open patio doors even a minute.
* If tenant makes a maintenance call(which is not an emergency), they start attending it only after a day or 2. But they place the remainder notice of rent payment on time on the doors.
[Once v had our AC not working. A guy attended and came up with some probs and told that they wud repair it the next day. V also accepted and pushed a terrible summer night with no AC. The next day the same guy worked for a full day and said no gas in the machine kept outside and that they can fill it by the next day. They didn t give any alternatives for stay. When asked for, v were provided with an available apartment for a night. 20mins after v entered(at night after 12) into the apartment, v heard someone knocking the door. When v looked outside no one was there. The next day v made a complaint at the apt office. Nothing happened seriously, except v scared and spent one more sleepless night]
* Lot of bugs(experienced roaches living with us the whole time and got them cleared after complaining)
* V regularly go to the apt gym. Suddenly they closed telling that the gym was vandalized, and they even told they will reopen it soon in some days. It stayed unopened even after 2 months(till v vacated)
* Swimming pool looks like the pond at times
* They keep the notice between the gaps of doors. Had to come across another experience out of it.
[Once v were abt to have relatives home. Water supply was stopped and v called apt office and enquired. They said it was stopped for maintenance and not sure about when they wud open it for use. V got tensed and asked whether they made a note of it and they replied they kept it in between all doors. V were not satisfied with that irresponsible answer and all they cud give us at that moment was an apologize. The relatives also had a terrible day for us living there]
