The office staff are nice and knowledgeable however, the maintenance staff is inept and SLOW at getting things done. We had a broken dishwasher for over a month and did not hear back from the maintenance people until the week we were moving out and were told they were just going to replace it with one of the old dishwashers from another unit. In the three years we lived there they went through five or six maintennace people, no continuity there. The price is a little steep as well, compared to others in the area, despite the proximity to the main shopping centers and theater. Traffic from 4:00-6:00 pm is horrendous; beware the semi-blind entrance/exit onto Jackson road.
