When we moved in the apartment was freshly painted, new carpet and nice new appliances. I decided to post a review because I think a lot of people have said negative things about this apartment complex that I have not experienced. The managers (especially Lori, I believe thats her name) are extremely nice and very helpful.

These aren't complaints, but i'm going to list honest nitpicks since that seems to be what a lot of people are doing. The landscaping and everything around the apartments looks great, however the buildings were painted with gray oil based paint some time ago and it is chipping off. They all look like they need to be repainted. The pool is very nice but could use to be filtered or cleaned a little better, there are a LOT of tree's in the area (which is very nice), but a lot of the tree stuff gets into the pool in the summer months.

The people that live here are mostly military and keep to themselves, I have had NO issues whatsoever with anyone that lives here, it's very quiet. However, my car was broken into and my cd player, pistol, cd's, gps, and radar detector was stolen. My wifes car was also broken into some time after that and her cd player, cd's, gps and radar was also stolen. A short time after that a red Toyota Tundra was broken into.

I don't want to hold this against the apartment complex itself, since I am sure that it's not the people that live here doing this and the place is near Heritage and Fox Den apartments (which have a lot of section 8/title 18 folks), so they are a breeding grown of underage gangster wannabe criminals.
