Looks nice but, beware...

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
The apartments are nice (normal wear and tear). The grounds are well maintained. The office staff, however, is rude and very inconsiderate. The water was off on 01-16-09 and the staff didn't have the decency to notify the residents. I was home from 9AM to 9PM and guess what' No water. At least have the decency to notify residents of any lack of service. I'm sure you would notify them if their rent isnt paid on time! I honestly cannot wait until my lease is expired to move from this nightmare!
Also, the correct telephone number is 706-210-0057 and the address is 1020 Amli Way, not 1050 Amil Way.
