Alright i Guess....

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I recently Moved here july of 2008, and i'm not sure whether i will be renewing my lease. here are the pros and cons.
PROS:
its in a great location.
i have reasonable neighbors. (i live on the second floor)
i never felt unsafe living here. :)
gate is always working (now).
matinence is prompt when i'm having problems.
Cons:
When i first wanted to apply here. the office staff made it a point to investigate my whole life story, before even giving me an application, which i did not like. but
i needed somewhere to move so i applied anyway.
Office Staff is rather rude when i'm having a concern about something, so i avoid them at all cost.
when i get off from work parking is kinda rough i sometimes have to park a building or 2 away(i get off at 12am) so thats kind of a problem
when i first moved here the gate was broken for like the first 2-4 Months i was living here.
i don't appreciate that they just barge into your apartment ramdomly, i have been awoken at least twice thinking i was being robbed, to see matinence walking around.
now i see that they are raising rent again. which is strange seeing this is a tax credit property, and i could move to alot of cheaper places in the area that are nicer.
all in all i don't think that this place is living up to all the hype that they try and make this place to be.

Here's an update on my review i Will Definately NOT be renewing my lease!
when approaching the office on my new rates IF i renewed my lease in June they were incredibly & undeniably rude to me! they treated me like an ignorant 2nd class citzen while waiting in the office, lets get 1 thing straight.. just because this is a tax credit community doesn't mean i'm ignorant nor on section 8 i was just trying to save more money because i'm working fulltime, and i'm a fulltime college student.... after dealing with this place i Sped away from these apartments and had to downgrade from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom & had to increase my rent budget by $70 dollars just to stay away from dumps like this, Oh and did i mention that the day before i moved someone hit my car and drove off(without a note or anything!).... yea that was a great going away present!
