VERY Dissapointing.

No such thing as a gated community as the front gates are broken half the time.

Also, when they do work - they stay up long enough for 4-5 cars to pass through.

Resident workout room - forget about it; neighborhood parents have turned this in to a day care as it is the hang out for all the communities youth who play the latest Jay-Z or Ja Rule CD full blown.

Watch out for the 10 PM cruisers as you can be compforted falling asleep to a cars bass system..."boom, boom, boom." And looking to ever move out' NOPE! My wife was transferred 4 months before our lease ran up.

Alta Mill charges 2 months written notice an additional 2 months rent for moving early back paying for any discounts on rent over the standard price you may have negotiated for up front....$4500 to move out early! To top it off - I just received a note on my door saying there has been another break-in and to keep my door locked at all times! Trash litter the grounds at all times.

Real waste of my money.
