We've lived in several different apartment complexes in Florida and Georgia. Alta Mill in Austell is by far one of the nicest overall. There was very little turn over with the staff in the two plus years we lived here, so they knew us by name and were always courteous, professional and personable. The grounds are impeccable; from the landscaping to the cleanliness. The apartments themselves are great. Little touches like multiple colored tile backsplash in the kitchen and crown molding
throughout the front of the apartment makes it more like a home than a rental unit. We would definitely recommend this complex to others and if our next destination does not work out, we would move back here.
