Community down the toilet.

We moved in about 2 years ago and the hole property has gone down the toilet over the last year.The staff is very unwilling to work with their residents when it comes to renewing your lease.

We needed to do a short term lease and the management would not do a short term lease (5 month lease).

They said the shortest lease they could do was 10 leases.They would rather loss a good resident who is paying full market rent then do a 5 month lease.

The staff is always changing and the new manager is very rude and unhelpful.

We are very excited for our moving day and cannot wait to get out of this hell hole.
