I have lived at/with Alta Mill Apartments for about 3 years, and needless to say after the 1st year, it is not worth the $$, in the beginning the Sales Staff was kind and courteous, the socialism was nice, the grounds were well kept, even the children were kinder,just the caliber of people has totally changed, its like they will let anyone in and before you had a stricter qualifying application process, and there are unruly children running all over the place, unsupervised, not clothed properly for the seasons, garbage has been seen all over the residence,at one point I was able to let my children play outside and now they do not go outside at all, I have ended up not only watching my children but others as well, the maintenance calls are few and far between, you cannot get in toouch with someone in the office when you call, the rent is overpriced, the pool was closed early in the season, the Bathrooms aren't available for use even after you may have worked out in the gym - no convenience. I should just join the GYM down the street, then. I would not reccomend ALTA MILL APARTMENTS to anyone anymore, I would be the laughing stock of the complex.
