I lived here for 2 years. I lived in Building 300 by the front pool. I paid 750 a month for a 1 bedroom!It was going up to 800 when I moved. Pool traffic was horrible in the summer. never could get a parking spot because the people from the back took ours, since that pool was always closed. Gate worked 50% of the time. Of course it didn't help having people drive their cars into it all the time. Had an issue with a group of young men trying to break into my apartment in the middle of the night. While I was there the gym was destroyed. My upstairs neighbor had a rooster in his apartment. management never really hassled you though. It is one of the nicer aparment complexes in the area though.
