This is bullcrap, these managers need to stop writing reviews.

No one who lives here likes it that much, it's mostly an apartment complex for hoodlums and people who don't speak English.

I was not familiar with this area when I moved here and mistakingly thought Alta Mill to be a nice upper middle class neighborhood- WROOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNG! I hate this place.

I live on the THIRD FLOOR and we have a bad ant problem.

It has come to the point where I just don't keep much food here.

I clean and clean, and they still come back.

I have called for the "pest control" that is offered for free every monday- they never came and when I called Marie she said they probably came when I wasn't home.

I AM HOME ALL DAY ON MONDAYS!
However, they did repave the parking lot, which looks nice.

The pool is always clean and looks good except for the fact that people let their 15 year old kids go swimming alone in blue jeans.

I'm afraid to get robbed here because of all the freaking drug deals and thugs.

I CAN NOT WAIT TO MOVE OUT OF GHETTO SOUTH COBB!
