I would like to start off by saying that I have been a resident of Alta Mill for over 3 years,and I won't be renewing another lease. The property has dramatically changed over the last few years. There is always someone hanging around, and I was advised a couple of hours ago that one of my neighbor's home was burglarized. I do realize that break-ins will happen, but I no longer feel safe here. We just received a notice a few days ago, stating that there have been several break-in within the last few weeks. It now seems that anyone can lease an apartments here. Are there still guidelines, and requirements' To make things even worse, I have got the worst neighbor above me. To my knowlege, she lives alone,however, you would think that she weighed 1000 lbs. I am so over Alta Mill, and can't wait to move!!!!!I can't wait for June!!!

I just moved in December and I thought things were going well until a few rowdy neighbors moved above me..I believe it's just a couple with a toddler but they are excessively noisy,you would think they're dropping bowling balls on the floor..I have tried my best to be tolerant and understanding but I am fed up. My work is suffering because I had to call out of work already due to lack of sleep!..Any suggestions because even though mgmt claims they have spoken with the tenants,nothing has yet to change!

I also have horrible upstairs neighbors. I asked management to do a general letter to all in the building asking for noise consideration of neighbors below (I have seen this done in another Bell property I lived in before this). They completely ignored me and did nothing. I will NOT be renewing after two years.
