This is a horrible environment, the children play in the breezeway, they roller blade, bounce their basketballs, scream, yell, and drop the food all along the breezeway, causing ants to develop in front of my door.
The adults are no better slamming the apt doors so loud that it resonates into our bedroom.
Also the drinking and smoking pot are just the tip of the ice burgh.
The neighbor upstairs is so loud that we have to spend the weekend in a hotel to get some piece and quite.
I have personally contacted the management in the front office, there response is they have been working on it for the past year.
Why the hell would they move us into an area that is already having a problem.
I have even gone as far as contacting the owner of the apt complex Steven D Bell and have had no response, I am not surprised!!!!!
Stay far, far away from this place!!! I have lived hear for one month and want the hell out of this hell-whole!!!!!!!

Just to be short and sweet, I also I had to move out of there ASAP! My car was stolen and there were too many drug deals going on and there were many times where I would hear someone Checkning my door to see if it was left unlocked. Management there likes to "turn the other cheek". They play like it's all good, but I honestly felt that there was more to it than that. I know that whoever stole my car either lived there or knew about it. It was horrible walking outside with a newborn baby and realizing my car was gone. If you honestly feel unsafe, which I'm sure you do, write a letter stating that you truly feel threatened living there and get it certified by your bank or somewhere else that you know of and send it by certified mail to the office property manager and also to their manager. By law, they have to honor you leaving/"breakning" your lease without penalty. It is your right to feel and be safe. They have to honor that. There is also a place online that will help as well. They helped me. Georgia.gov and, Governor's office of consumer affairs and also, georgia bureau of investigation. just utilize this to its fullest and you will even be able to get live advice and even report this to help other consumers. This is how I found out more of what my rights were concerning safety, etc. I hope this helps. Good luck to you! God Bless!

Hi, I am a prospective new tennant. The reason that I have chosen to move to Alta Mill is to elude the noise and disrespect of my old apartment complex. I have shared the same experience...noise, children playing in the breezeway, etc. However, I've read other ratings for Alta Mill and I see that there have been some recent burglaries. Do you have any knowledge of that?

Memorial weekend I ahd friends visiting from out of town we went out a Saturday night came home Sunday morning to find the key could nto go in the lock, someone broke into the apartment. They did not take anything, but just imagine how uncomfortable i felt a single female staying there and just imagine the management in the office treated the issue as if it didn;t matter. Especially that Asst mgr she is very rude. Dont do it to yourself

I would just like to say thank you for your reviews and for being honest about the property in all. I was narrowing Alta Mill to be my last resort. Now knowing that Alta Mill has some parents that want to be children and vice versa, I think not. I hate to hear all the negative responses but telling people what really goes on behind closed doors helps the sane people like myself to keep looking.
For my good tenets out here, for the ones who really are tired of having your voice not be heard, come together and do what you know is best. GO to the corporate office and demand to be heard. We work to hard to have to come home to rude, loud, ungrateful, office staff, adults, and children who think they can do whatever and run things the way they want. If Iā??m paying your salary and providing my rent on time you better believe that I will have peace and quiet when I come home to lay my head down, and not have to worry about if I have a car to get to work in the morning. If Iā??d moved over there and I saw or heard anything out of place I will lock you up or have you locked up, then lets see how big and bad you really are.
