It is a good apartment complex if you are looking for something nice for the time being and relatively cheap compared to other apartments, but I wouldn't recommend staying for a long time.
The positives are that the the complex is nice, but still relatively cheap, the landscapers do a great job keeping the outside groomed.
The main negative is, like others have mentioned, kids are pretty rowdy and aren't controlled by that parents well.
For instance, my niece and nephew came to visit me and I brought them to the pool in the front and some kids around the ages of 11-14 were jumping all around and in the pool and cursing in front of adults and other children continuously.
I don't think they're supposed to be in the pool without adult supervision anyway.
Other than in public areas, though, we haven't noticed a lot of noise, but I think we got lucky because we're in one of the complexes where there aren't any children.
Otherwise, it would probably be loud in the apartment too.
All in all, it's ok to live in if you don't plan on being here for a long time because I don't consider it a "family" type of environment.
If you are moving from out of state, though, this is a good starter apartment.
I gave this apartment of 3 because it is a good price for the value of the apartment, but very bad people environment.
(the landscape, construction, etc).
