Not Too Bad For The Surrounding Areas

Based on the surrounding areas (Smyrna, Powder Springs, Marietta's Franklin Road) It's not bad.
I do have some heavy complaints though.
1.Part of the fence has been ripped down towards the school and teenagers act like they run things.
2.
Gang Graffiti on playgrounds and carved into walls "Westside Mafia", "Black Mafia" are the most I've seen.
3.On Halloween a month after I moved in my kids were chased and beaten for their candy.
Not Badly beaten but my son had a black eye.
4.
My storage garage was broken into and my bikes were stolen( my kids returned the favor and stole them back)
5.
It's not really the apartments fault, but the BP gas station around the corner(during Hurricane-Katrina time) was robbed and shotup and the suspect ran into the woods RIGHT BEHIND MY APARTMENT BUILDING!! Police and helicopters every.
Besides those 4, not so much 5 events its good.
Pools are decent, management was friendly, gates work, you have access to the camera gate on your Television(I forget what channel it is).
It's nice to move here just keep an eye open.

The gate never works. Plus everyone knows the universal gate code #1969. Same code since 2001. When everything switch to digital TV you can't watch the gate camera anymore. Management sucks and should be fired! They are so uneducated. Remember a police officer was shot at the BP and the shooter knew Atla Mills would be a good place to hide(I went to High School with him). Also in their lease agreement it says you are responsible for your own safety. All security cameras and the gate is for the safety of the employees. Live here if you want....
