Not Too Bad For The Surrounding Areas

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
Based on the surrounding areas (Smyrna, Powder Springs, Marietta's Franklin Road) It's not bad. I do have some heavy complaints though.
1.Part of the fence has been ripped down towards the school and teenagers act like they run things.
2. Gang Graffiti on playgrounds and carved into walls "Westside Mafia", "Black Mafia" are the most I've seen.
3.On Halloween a month after I moved in my kids were chased and beaten for their candy. Not Badly beaten but my son had a black eye.
4. My storage garage was broken into and my bikes were stolen( my kids returned the favor and stole them back)
5. It's not really the apartments fault, but the BP gas station around the corner(during Hurricane-Katrina time) was robbed and shotup and the suspect ran into the woods RIGHT BEHIND MY APARTMENT BUILDING!! Police and helicopters every.
Besides those 4, not so much 5 events its good. Pools are decent, management was friendly, gates work, you have access to the camera gate on your Television(I forget what channel it is). It's nice to move here just keep an eye open.
