I lived in Alta Mills for 9 months.

I most say the view is wonderfull but the staff in the the office is horrible.

I pay my rent each month on time as I'm suppose to.

I have called several different times to request pest control to come out and they didnt which means I would have to wait for the next week to come around to get my home sprayed.Which means I would have to call the office just to get someone on the phone with a smart mouth or a attitude on the other in.

If I'm getting charge for it then they should do it.

I called and asked about renewing my lease and got a smart responds back "didnt you get the notice on your door" and never answered the question.

I most say when I moved in every one was really nice but after I be came a regular paying resident the attitudes came out.

I dont fell i should pay my hard earned money to a property that dosent show any respect to there residents.

This may be my last year with ALTA MILL.
